What Information does Best Ad Strategy Inc. collect?
We or third parties we use as our service providers gather and handle Personal Information about you when you engage with us and our services, including when you sign up for any of our paid or free offerings.

Payment details (including billing address and credit card information, if applicable)

Our Lead Finders Google Workspace Marketplace Add On:
Google sign-in will authenticate your identity. After sign in, you register for an account. When you register for an account, your name, email address and whether or not you’ve opted in to marketing emails is sent to https://api.bestadstrategy.com. You can choose to subscribe to marketing emails, or alternatively, only receive occasional service-related announcements when necessary. For example, we may send notifications about service-related matters like maintenance schedules, billing inquiries, and other updates that may affect your experience.
This Workspace Marketplace Add On was created so aside from your name, your email address and your email marketing opt in status all data is stored in your Google Drive and it pulls data from your Gmail directly into Google Sheets. ListFinders and Best Ad Strategy Inc. does not have access to the contents of your emails, your email subject lines, who you sent emails to, received emails from, and the date and time the emails were sent or received.
How does Best Ad Strategy Inc. use your Personal Information?
We and/or our service providers process this Personal Information for the following purposes:
To establish and fulfill a contract with you, such as when you subscribe to a service. This may involve tasks like verifying your identity, processing payments, communicating with you, and providing customer support.
As required by us or our service providers to operate our business and pursue our legitimate interests.
This includes:
Providing services you have requested and responding to any communications, comments, or complaints.
Monitoring the usage of our services to improve and protect them, as well as our content and website.
Allowing you to create, customize, and secure your account.

For instance, we utilize Substack for hosting https://bestadstrategy.com, Directual for hosting https://app.listfinders.com and https://app.bestadstrategy.com, and Stripe, ClickBank, and PayPal (third-party payment providers) to handle your credit card transactions. These service providers encompass a range of services, including but not limited to: website hosting, maintenance, email, security, content delivery networks, customer support operations, software services, traffic and usage analytics, as well as cloud storage and computing services. Substack has its own privacy policy at https://substack.com/privacy and terms of use at https://substack.com/tos which you agree to as a condition of using Best Ad Strategy’s services.
Other users: On https://bestadstrategy.com’s Substack website uploaded user profile information may be visible to other users to facilitate interactions within the services, such as when you post comments or upload images or videos. Your Substack account privacy settings may grant you the ability to restrict which users can view the Personal Information in your user profile and/or what information in your user profile is accessible to others. Moreover, when you engage with a newsletter post, such as by "liking" or commenting, your username and user profile may be displayed to other users. Additionally, you may have the choice to permit Substack to share information about what you've read or are currently reading on Substack with the public, or with other accounts that are socially linked to your own, such as your social media followers. On https://app.bestadstrategy.com you will be asked for your consent to share your information with other users before it is shared with other users and it will be used to help you create collaborative projects together and refer business to each other.
Prospective sellers or buyers: In the event of a business sale, merger, or other change of control, we may share and/or transfer customer information (in compliance with local laws). This also applies if we undergo a situation like bankruptcy or cessation of operations.

Best Ad Strategy Inc is established in the US. Substack is also established in the US and both companies use service providers established both in the US and in other countries to process Personal Information as described in their Privacy Policy. As such, whether you are on the Substack hosted parts of https://bestadstrategy.com or on other services provided by Best Ad Strategy Inc., your Personal Information may be shared internationally.
Depending on applicable local laws, you may be entitled to ask Best Ad Strategy Inc, Substack, Directual, or other third party service providers for a copy of your Personal Information, to correct it, erase or restrict its processing, or to ask us to transfer some of this information to other organizations. You may also have rights to object to some processing activities or to request restriction of some processing activities. Where we have asked for your consent to process your Personal Information, you may also have the right to withdraw this consent. These rights may be limited in some situations or in accordance with applicable law – for example, we cannot delete your Personal Information when we can demonstrate that we have a legal obligation to retain it. In some instances, this may mean that we are able to retain data even if you withdraw your consent or you delete your account.
Where we require Personal Information to comply with legal or contractual obligations, then provision of such information is mandatory: if such information is not provided, then we will not be able to manage our contractual relationship, or to meet obligations placed on us. In all other cases, provision of requested personal data is optional. Please note we will always inform you where the provision of your Personal Information is mandatory or optional.

Is Personal Information about you secure?
As also stated in Substack’s privacy policy, your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.
We endeavor to protect the privacy of your account and other Personal Information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, failure of the services, or other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time.
You have the option to choose the same password for https://bestadstrategy.com for https://app.bestadstrategy.com and/or https://app.listfinders.com or different passwords for each service. We don’t have access to or know your unencrypted password on either platform but both sites provide you with password reset options. We will within 10 business days update your subscription status on one service if you change it on the other. For example if you opt out of marketing emails on https://bestadstrategy.com, we will update your account on https://app.bestadstrategy.com as well to reflect you don’t want to receive marketing emails.
You can access, edit, or delete some personal information by yourself
Through your account settings, you may access, and, in some cases, edit or delete the following information you’ve provided to us: name, password, email address, user profile information, including images you may have uploaded to the site.
The information you can view, update, and delete may change as the services change. If you'd like to delete your Substack account, you can do so from your Substack account page.

How long will Best Ad Strategy Inc. retain your data?
We retain information about you only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. We may retain your Personal Information for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.

We do not process your Personal Information for automated individual decision-making, including profiling.
